1. We still have trees with ice storm damage but they have a lot of new branches and leaves so I think they are going to be alright. 2. A couple of trees still have broken branches hanging but they are not harmful. 3. One tree has a large area of decay in the trunk but it has been there for years and does not look dead so it’s not going to fall. 4. We just had some trees planted so everything is fine and there is no need to prune or do anything but water them. 5. We have a whole bunch of mulch around the trees and they look great so that’s good. 6. We had some work done and there was dirt piled near some of our trees for days or weeks but they seem fine and the dirt is gone. 7. Some of the original topsoil had to be removed because it was not level but that’s not a big deal. New topsoil was brought in to replace the old topsoil and to level the low spots so now it’s back to normal or better. 8. Some of the trees had roots that had to be cut to put in the foundation and utilities but they look fine and there are still some roots. 9. Some of the trees have scrapes or broken branches but trees are tough, the damage is small and they will heal themselves. 10. The grade has changed because the dirt from digging the foundation was spread around and that’s what everyone does. 11. They did a lot of driving over the entire area during the work but the trees should be fine because we have all that new topsoil. 12. The new driveway is close to a tree but it was paved around so that worked out. 13. We had to remove a large tree for the new the foundation but that's okay.
